Technology Services is seeking enthusiastic students for Consulting Assistant positions within the Technology Helpline. This position will entail in-person and phone support to the Gustavus community. This position is a great way to further your technical, communication, problem solving, and customer service skills.
Successful applicants must be able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment, work independently with little or no supervision, have strong customer service and communication skills, show initiative in seeking and completing tasks, and the desire to learn and try new things. Preference will be given to students with sophomore status and work-study approval.
