We are looking for office assistants with great people skills and a wonderful attitude.

Receptionist duties - greet guests and prospective students, answer phones, attend staff meetings, attend Diversity Center sponsored events and provide general office support including typing, data entry and word processing.

Event Planning / Hosting duties - help plan and organize selected events. Publicize events through posters, mailings, email, website and campus calendar. Greet guests attending events as well as set up for, tear down, and generally "run" them.

Diversity Center Liaison to Student Organization duties- attend meetings, assist and offer Diversity Center assistance to organizations, keep records and help with a variety of special projects.


Confidentiality, dependability, accountability, good communication skills and PC experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Excel, and web design is a plus.

Must be eligible for student employment.
