2019 Nobel Conference Meal

It is with excitement that Gustavus Adolphus College Dining Service will be serving meals that were created to be climate conscious over the course of this year’s Nobel Conference. In the spirit of the climate change conference, we thank you for supporting our efforts in serving climate conscious meals.

Dining Service staff will be available to answer questions. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance as we will work to accommodate these as much as possible.

Below you will find the climate conscious menu for both Tuesday and Wednesday of the conference.

The Lunch Buffet will be served in the Lund Center Forum on Tuesday and Wednesday, at a cost of $12.50 per ticket. Pre-ordering buffet tickets is required. If you haven’t already ordered the luncheon buffet(s), please do so at your earliest convenience at gustavustickets.com.
