Gustavus Adolphus College invites applications for a non-exempt (hourly) coffee shop supervisor for the STEAMery on located in Nobel Hall on campus. The work schedule is 40 hours per week, 40 weeks per year.  Hours = 6:30am-3:00pm, Monday through Friday. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Co-Manage day to day operations of a high volume coffee shop and deli
  • Develop unique drink recipes
  • Work with and mentor college student employees
  • Develop and maintain student friendly environment 

Prerequisites

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months experience in a high-volume coffee shop, dining service or restaurant or other related experience.
