ULifeline is an anonymous, confidential, online resource center, where college students can be comfortable searching for the information they need and want regarding mental health and suicide prevention. ULifeline is available where college students seek information the most - at their fingertips on the Internet.

The link below leads to a site which offers a number of useful screening tools if you believe you may be experiencing symptoms or displaying behaviors which could be diagnosable. This is a good place to start collecting information about what your needs may be. Remember for a diagnosis, you need to contact a licensed mental health professional. We would encourage you to print out your test results and bring them in to discuss with a counselor at the Gustavus Counseling Center.

The link below leads to a PDF document put out by www.RelateBetter.com based on the work of Dr. John and Julie Gottman. The Gottman’s are world renowned for their research on marital stability and divorce prediction, and have numerous published works about the skills required to manage a relationship.

The PDF, Relate Better, includes tips for improving relationships, a link to a comprehensive relationship assessment tool (a complete print out does have a fee) and suggestions for how to concretely apply the information from the assessment to your relationship. Feel free to take the assessment or simply work through the PDF on your own or with a significant other.
