Off-Campus Study Orientation
(Domestic and International)
Congratulations on your decision to study off campus!
This pre-departure orientation will guide you through important information that will help you prepare for your study away experience. You must read through each of the following sections, utilizing all the links provided, and successfully complete a set of online quizzes. You must receive a score of 100% on the quizzes in order to have final approval to study off-campus.
The orientation web site will be live from Wednesday 11/3 8:00 a.m. until Sunday 12/5 11:55 p.m. You must access and read the orientation materials prior to the closing time noted above. You may complete a portion of this orientation, exit the site, and then return at a later time. The entire process will take approximately two hours. Once you have successfully passed the online quizzes, we will give you final approval to depart on your program.
We urge you to share this orientation website with your parents. It will help them understand the issues you are confronting and the methods you will use to manage your risks while studying off-campus.
If you are going on an international program (outside the U.S.), click on the "International" links. If you are going on a travel course within the U.S., click on the "Domestic" links.
