Things to think about now:
- S.T.A.R. Stories: In interviews, you will be asked to give specific examples demonstrating your career readiness competencies and preparation for a role. S: Situation, T: Tasks, A: Actions R: Results
- Victory Log: is a journal of your peak experiences. Recording them can build confidence and can offer a pattern of where your successes have been.
- S.M.A.R.T. Goals: make sure your goals are clear and reachable, each one should be: Specific (direct, detailed, meaningful), Measurable (quantifiable to track progress), Achievable (attainable), Relevant (your goals align with your values and long-term objectives), and Time-bound (your goal has a deadline).
