Culture & Diversity Committee

The Culture & Diversity Committee is responsible for exposing students to cultural differences, traditions, and generating campus dialogue on issues of diversity. This committee includes individual programming as well as coordinating with the Diversity Leadership Council and other organizations to share ideas and coordinate co-sponsorship opportunities.

This committee is also heavily involved in the co-sponsorship between the Diversity Center, Student Activities Office, and ourselves, bringing students to the White Privilege Conference (WPC). The WPC takes on issues of race, faith, sexuality, gender, and class, and provides a framework to challenge them through.

If you would like to join this committee or have any suggestions to help CAB improve this portion of the on/off campus entertainment please e-mail Greta VanOsdol.
