Founded in 1951, the Robbie Page Memorial Fund (RPM) was originally founded to help research a cure for polio. RPM became the official philanthropy of Tri-Sigma Sorority in 1954. Once polio was cured RPM shifted its focus to funding research for breakthroughs in therapeutic play for children. This treatment has since become one of the most important types of children's therapy to help them cope with the treatments and outcomes of their illnesses. RPM funds both local and national grants, including training at Children's Medical Center Dallas and NC Children's Hospital " UNC Chapel Hill.
