Awaken and rejuvenate your mind and body to release tension, move stagnant energy, and nourish your entire being. This 60-minute yoga session will help you slow down as you move into yoga sequences that incorporate forward bends, twists, and longer holds that will create a sense of stability and calm. Your practice will also include slow and intentional transitions between each posture while exploring the connection between postures, breath, and awareness. The class will end with a deep relaxation and guided meditation practice. This class is open to all levels. Registration is limited to 20 participants

*Bring your own mat or borrow one from the Aerobics room prior to the session starting*
