Description
Today, Dan and Ethan have restricted seven computers that are believed to be infected with the virus W32/Sdbot-BMG. They have been restricted in GReg. If they call, have them update their virus definitions and run a safemode scan. Once they are done. Have them call back, so we can scan them, and hopefully re-enable them.
They will most likely call the Helpline saying they do not have any connectivity. Check the GReg page first!.
