Rick D. Clevette, a 1980 graduate of Gustavus, is the Corporate Vice-President of Human Resources at Carlson Companies, Inc., in Minnetonka, MN. He will be discussing how the Great Recession with unemployment rates soaring to levels not seen since the Great Depression has changed the business and employment landscape. What has happened? What have we learned? What are the implications for businesses and their employees.
