Still We Rise
September 29, 2018 at 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Still We Rise is a one-day experiential arts immersion that seeks to engage participants in creative community problem solving. We envision art as tool for change, healing, hope, and coalition building. Regional artists, politial activists, and allies will come together to share skills and knowlege surrounding utilizing the arts to more effectively work for positive, progressive change.
All Are Welcome! Anyone can attend Still We Rise. If you're an artist or an activist (or both) this space is for you. If you think you might want to be one of those things, it is for you too.
There is no cost to attend, but registration is required. Register at gustavustickets.com. Contact: stillwerise@gustavus.edu or 507-933-7351.
Sponsored by the Gustavus Department of Theatre and Dance, Diversity Center, and Chaplain's Office, and Indivisible St. Peter/Greater Mankato.
