Quota Checking Turned OnSeptember 5–
Description
We have turned hard quotas on for students. Hard quotas are set to 150% of your soft quota - or 225 Mb for most students. If you hit your hard quota you will be unable to write to your home directory, users may also see error message when logging into lab machines.
We will also begin sending "you are over your quota" messages today. Users will have 7 days to get their accounts back under their soft quotas or their accounts will be disabled. Once disabled they will be unable to check their email.
