Description

A 24-hour Gathering for pastors from the Southwestern and Southeastern Minnesota Synods ELCA will be held on campus from Thursday noon to Friday noon, Feb. 7-8. Members of Pastor-2-Pastor will enjoy four in-depth educational sessions as well as a panel discussion, fellowship, and time for relaxation. Gatherings are held three times a year at Gustavus, offering pastors time to refresh, learn, worship and network with other pastors.

Guest speakers for the event include Roger Willer, the ELCA staff person for the Task Force on Criminal Justice (currently developing a social statement on this topic); Derek Nelson of Wabash College, Indiana, Task Force Theologian; and Darrell Jodock (Martin Marty Chair in Religion and the Academy, St. Olaf College).

Special arrangements make it possible for non-member guests to attend sessions and meals for a charge and by pre-registering.
