Announcement: Mindfulness Meditation for Stress Management

Description
This class will focus on various techniques of mindfulness and relaxation including breath, movement, and imagery. These techniques promote mind-body awareness by calming the mind, fostering self-knowledge, and increasing connectedness. The class will be held from 3:30-5:00 p.m. on Tuesdays in Linner Lounge, and will run from Oct. 30-Dec. 4. Pre-registration is required. Please call the Counseling Center at 933-7027 to sign up.
