Announcement: Mindfulness Meditation Class Registration

Registrations are now being accepted for the Mindfulness Meditation class to be held from 3:30-5 p.m. on six Thursday's (Oct. 23, 30, Nov. 6, 13, 20, Dec. 4). Mindfulness is an ancient meditation technique that promotes mind-body awareness by calming the mind, fostering self-knowledge, and increasing connectedness in the world. To register, contact Jackie Alvarez in the Counseling Center (x6125 or Johnson Student Union 204) before the first session.
