Reduce stress and increase your productivity by spending 20 minutes in mindfulness meditation. Practice on your own, or receive as much guidance as you like. Sessions are held during Sabbath time (10-10:20am) every Monday and Wednesday at the Bonnier Multifaith Center, Anderson Hall.
