9 a.m.-4 p.m. -- Resource Center in the Jackson Campus Center, upper level

10 a.m. -- Welcoming service in Christ Chapel, including the opening keynote address, titled "Peace on Earth: Why the Environment Matters to 21st Century Security," by Mark Hertsgaard, journalist, environment correspondent, and accomplished author from SanFrancisco

11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. -- Lunch break

1 p.m. -- Afternoon keynote address in Alumni Hall, titled "On the Open Spaces of Democracy," by Terry Tempest Williams, celebrated author, essayist, and nature writer from Salt Lake City

2:15 p.m. -- Book signing in Alumni Hall foyer

2:30-3:30 p.m. -- Workshops:

"What Turns Your Light on?: Wind Power and the Minnesota Energy Grid," facilitated by Michael Noble, Minnesotans for an Energy Efficient Economy, in Alumni Hall

"How the U.S. Can Transition to a Full Re-newable Energy Economy: Quickly...At No Cost...and With 6 Million in New Jobs," facilitated by Barry Hanson, author of Energy Power Shift, in the Heritage Banquet Room

"Individuals Making a Difference: Case Studies in Sustainable Living," facilitated by Mark and Margaret Yackel-Juleen of Shalom Hill Farm and students from the Gustavus Green House, in The Dive
