Description
You're invited to a thoughtful interfaith celebration of the 2nd day of the Jewish New Year, Rosh Hashanah. Join Dr. Marian Broida and other members of the campus Jewish community to sing, learn about the holiday, hear the shofar (ram's horn), and enjoy honeycake and apples with honey, traditional foods to mark the sweetness of the season. Everyone is welcome. The Jewish Near Year begins the evening of September 6 and ends the evening of September 8.
