G.O.L.D. - Servant Leadership - Visionary Leadership

The ability to generate and carry out a vision is paramount to being a leader. Creating and implementing a vision involves the ability to see the future and to garner support that brings the vision to life. In this course we will examine the characteristics of conceptualizations, foresight, and persuasion.
