Description

It's not too early to think about spring break! Diversity Education Exploration Project (DEEP) is a student organization that travels to an area over spring break with a cultural interest and engages in service learning projects. This year, the cultural theme is The French Quarter culture and history. Tours and exploration of the French culture in the United States will be a major theme of the trip, as well as helping in the rebuilding and restoration of New Orleans neighborhoods damaged by recent storms and flooding. We will also learn about graduate programs and opportunity at an accredited graduate school in Louisiana. We will be meeting in the diversity center for a meet and greet to talk about past trips, experiences, and answer any questions you may have!
