Colloquium Series: Shakespeare as Lyricist Bjorling Recital Hall

Shakespeare's timeless appeal, coupled with a variety of music genres and vocal styles in this artistic collaboration, will offer a unique opportunity to broaden one's experience of this playwright's genius. There will be a pre-recital lecture beginning at 6:30 p.m.

The performance features visiting artist Samantha Stinson (soprano) of St. Lawrence University, as well as Gustavus faculty member David Kozisek (tenor) and Jessica Johnston (piano). The event also features Henry McCarthy of the Gustavus Theater/Dance Department and Rob Kendrick of the Gustavus English Department.

This performance is made possibly through the Johnson Fund and is free and open to the public.
