Koran By Heart is a documentary that follows three young Muslim children in their journey to memorize the entire Qur'an. None of these children speak Arabic as their first language making this a daunting challenge. The film reveals some of the challenges faced by the next generation of Muslims and the dynamic world of contemporary Muslim piety and religious practice.
