Description

Are you interested in becoming a Wellbeing Group Coach? Have questions or want to learn more about the Be U program? Stop by this informal meet and greet session with current PAs who have been trained as Be U coaches to see what the buzz is all about! You can turn in your application and enjoy a Frost Your Own too!

Be U Wellbeing Group Coaching (Be U) is a signature program of the Gustavus Wellbeing Initiative that supports students across nine dimensions of wellbeing: emotional, spiritual, relational, intellectual, financial, career, environmental, vocational, and physical. We are currently seeking applications for 40 students to be trained as Be U coaches during J-term 2014 and then to lead a coaching group during the 2014 spring semester. We are looking for motivated students who are looking to help build a bold, new program that creates a Gustavus culture in which students care for each other and are invested in each other's growth and development. This is a unique opportunity for students (first years through seniors) to invest in their own personal and professional development and acquire the skills that will distinguish them as a leader both now and in the future as graduates entering the workforce or graduate school. Applications must be turned in to Steve Bennett, Associate Dean of Students and Coordinator of the Gustavus Wellbeing Initiative by Friday, November 8, 2013. Please contact Steve Bennett with questions about the Be U Program or application process.
