Ally is a 2022 Outdoor Conference champ in the 4x100 relay and a runner up in the 4x200 relay for 2021 Indoor Conference. She is a Management major who enjoys Ice cream and her favorite movie is The Best of Me. Her meet day ritual is blasting “Headlines” by Drake in her headphones. Rakow’s favorite part about being a student-athlete at Gustavus is being a part of the community of student athletes and all the support they get from one another.
