Kate Carlson

Kate is a 2022 Drake Relays Sprint Medley Champ, 2022 Indoor All-Conference honorable mention, 2022 outdoor 3x All- Conference, 2022 outdoor 4x100 conference champ and school record holder, and 2022 GAC track newcomer of the year. She is an exercise physiology major with a focus on Pre-PT who enjoys cream cheese wontons and her favorite movie is Monsters Inc. Her meet day ritual is listening to a big bootie mix and eating a bag of fruit snacks. Carlson’s favorite part about being a student-athlete at Gustavus is being able to compete at a high level while also having enough time to focus on academics and other activities.
