Markus Rupnow

Markus is an All-Conference honorable mention for the indoor DMR, All-Conference honorable mention for the outdoor 4x800 relay, and has also participated at Drake Relays. Rupnow is a social studies education major and history minor who enjoys chicken alfredo and his favorite movie is Top Gun: Maverick. His meet day ritual is having a pasta dinner the night before. Rupnow’s favorite part about being a student-athlete at Gustavus is being involved in the school outside of his sport and being able to participate in an amazing program and still receiving a very high education.
