Contract for consignment and Sales

2017

Thank you for supporting the growth of culture and artistic innovation. Your contributions to our art are greatly appreciated. Your purchase and support allow for the continuation of our production.

 Consignment Specifics

  •  $5 per month with a 12-month contract: For each work under 30” x 30” in either direction.
  • $10 per month with a 12-month contract: For each work 30” x 30” or bigger in either direction.
  • $10 per month with a 6-month contract: For each work under 30” x 30” in either direction.
  • $15 per month with a 6-month contract: For each work 30” x 30” or bigger in either direction.

 Each art may be contracted on a “rent-to-own” basis. The price of the original artwork is divided by 12 months.

 Liability agreement

  1. If the work is damaged while it is in your possession you will be obligated to pay the balance of your contract whether you are renting the art or under a rent-to-own contract.
  2. If the work is damaged and it can be repaired, you are obligated to pay the cost of materials and a $20 per hour fee for the artist to repair it.

Installation details

  1. The artist has first priority to install the work or be present to direct/work directly with either work-study students or the Studio Lab Tech to install the work.
  2. The work cannot be moved while in the space without approval of the artist.

 De-installation at the end of your contract:

  1. Work will be removed by either the artist, work-study students or a Studio Lab Tech at the end of your contract. Please use The Roundtable Gallery website to arrange moving details with the artist.
