Class of 200

March 2013

Fellow Gusties:

It’s hard to believe it’s been almost FIVE years since we’ve graduated.  These years have brought new adventures for all of us – grad school, career opportunities, travel, weddings and babies.  Even the campus has seen big changes – the beautiful new Beck Academic Hall, a new campus mall, and a Royal Visit.

One thing that hasn’t changed is our love of Gustavus and the wonderful memories we share of our time on the hill.  For the past five years, our class giving participation has increased.  This milestone year is the perfect time to raise the bar even more.  On behalf of the 2008 Class Officers, I thank those who have given to Gustavus in the past and challenge everyone to participate in class giving between now and our Five Year Reunion on May 4, 2013.

You can contribute in two ways:  1) return the enclosed form or 2) visit gustavus.edu/give.  Your gift – large or small − will help Gustavus thrive for years to come.  Even giving $5, the price of one coffee, will bring us closer to our goal!  Please join me in making a gift in honor of our upcoming reunion.

Let’s show our Gustie pride by achieving 100% participation!

John Michaletz

2008 Class Officer
