Class of ’41
Dear 1941 Classmates,
This letter has been intended for some time. So I guess it’s time I get it on its way.
I realize that the class of ’41 is getting smaller by each year that passes and yet I’m interested in what is going on with each and every one of you.
I was thinking of calling each of you, but figured I would just drop you a note to give you an idea of what I have in mind. I have enclosed here a postage paid postcard for each of you to fill out. Please write a few lines about how you are doing, what activities you enjoy or what your families are doing, etc. Let us know what you are up to and then I’ll pass it on to the rest of the class in the class letter.
Now on the back of this page you will find a tribute to Marian Swanson Johnson, our esteemed Class Agent for 40 years, who died on January 1, 2010. Pinky, as we knew her, was a vivacious personality and she did such a good job of keeping us all connected. She lived a full live and she will be missed. Peace be to her memory.
I look forward to reading each of your responses and sharing them with all of you.
1941 Class Agent
