Students who were enrolled in the College during the most recent academic year, and considered to be in good standing, may be able to retain access to their Gustavus email accounts for a grace period of at least 90 days following withdrawal or graduation. Extensions of this period are granted under certain circumstances at the discretion of the Chief Technology Officer. Only one extension request is allowed, and the total grace period cannot exceed 180 days (the original grace period plus 90 extension days).
