1998

Matt Anderson lived, worked, and traveled in Ireland from July to December of 1998, working as a sysadmin for the Planet Cybercafe in Dublin.  After Ireland, he worked as webmaster/sysadmin at the DigiPen Institute of Technology in Redmond, Washington from 1999 until July of 2000.  DigiPen teaches collegiate level "Real-Time Interactive Simulation" or Computer Game Programming and 3D Computer Animation. He is currently a graduate student studying computer science at the University of Wisconsin at Madison, having started this fall.

Karen (Peterson) Engebretson is working at HealthPartners in Bloomington, MN as an Analyst in the Health Services Analysis and Reporting department.  She recently married John Engebretson, a 2000 Gustavus computer science major.

Corey Sanborn is currently a consultant for Andersen Consulting.

Anthony Schaefer is an Associate Research Analyst at Questar Data Systems/Research in Eagan, Minnesota.

Chris Stromberg is studying toward a PhD in Chemistry at Stanford University, currently in his third year.

1999

Sam Gannaway is currently studying computer animation at the Art Institutes International Minnesota in Minneapolis.

2000

John Engebretson is working at Lutheran Brotherhood as a cash processing developer.  He recently married Karen Peterson, a 1998 Gustavus mathematics major.

Kari Hansen is working at the consulting firm Watson Wyatt Worldwide in Bloomington Minnesota.  She is working with the Defined Benefits Department as an actuary.

Brian Lukis is doing contract web design in Minneapolis.

Julie Smiley is teaching high school math in Santa Cruz, California.
