Working for Change Conference

March 17, 2007

This conference is a one-day workshop providing the opportunity to explore careers with a focus on social justice. Presenters are employed in a variety of nonprofits, schools, and other organizations that represent pathways to social change. By attending you will gain a better understanding of career options, learn what it takes to work for change while getting paid, and network with people who have similar interests and values.

There will be speakers, workshops, and panels to attend in order to gain more information about working for change. Some scheduled presenters include: Karen Rusthoven, Tene Wells, Matt Swenson, Hannah Julien, Professor Richard Leitch, Ruth Johnson, Kathy Saltzman, and many more.

The conference will be held from 9:30 am - 4:45 pm on Saturday, March 17, 2007. There will also be a concert that night in conjunction with the conference. INGRAM HILL will be performing at Gustavus later on that evening.

This conference is FREE! Please stop by the Center for Vocational Reflection to register and get more information about the day. We look forward to seeing you there!
