The CVR is a very unique and special place on campus. There are so many wonderful resources and people in the CVR that all students can benefit from regardless of their stage in life or at Gustavus. It really gives freshmen and sophomore students the opportunity to create a map or plan of their time at Gustavus in order to accomplish all of the things in which they are interested. I have heard so many wonderful stories about the BIG Questions Retreat and other events that are sponsored by the CVR. It would be a shame to see such a valuable opportunity for students to grow in their academic and social lives fade. I think that the students and administration should do whatever necessary to keep the opportunity available.
