All reservations must be made in the Student Activities Office.
Table Reservations
- May only be reserved by on-campus groups and departments.
- Off-campus representatives must be sponsored by an on-campus group or department.
- The two tables in the upper level of the Student Union may only be reserved by student organizations.
- Tables must stay in their designated locations.
- Credit card companies are not allowed on campus, even if sponsored by a campus organization.
- If fundraising, you must complete a sales and solicitation form.
Sandwich Boards (6)
- May only be checked out by on-campus groups and departments.
- May not be set up inside the building.
Easels (2)
- May only be checked out by on-campus groups or departments.
Room Reservations
- Alumni Hall, The Dive, The Dive Conference Room, Linner Lounge, Leadholm Conference Room, 49ers Room, Rundquist Conference Room, Courtyard Cafe, Board Room, Faculty/Staff Center, and Johns Family Courtyard can all be reserved through the Student Activities Office.
- Linner Lounge seats 20 people.
- Rundquist Conference Room (upstairs by Admissions Office) seats 8–10, and cannot have catered food.
- 49er Room (by elevator) seats 18.
- Leadholm Conference Room seats 12–14.
- Leadholm, 49er, and Rundquist have white boards and markers for meeting use.
- Media Services in the Library must be contacted if any media (sound, VCR/TV, overhead) is needed.
- Guest House reservations are made by Marilyn Beyer (507) 933-7001.
- Vehicles are reserved through the Campus Switchboard. Dial 0.
