The Gustavus Scholarly Accomplishment Award

The Provost's Office invites Gustavus Faculty to nominate a colleague for the Gustavus Faculty Scholarly Achievement Award. Past award winners are listed below. Individuals ought not feel reluctant to nominate themselves.

Please take a few moments to nominate a faculty member you believe merits recognition for scholarly or creative accomplishments:

• research activities in private, public, or corporate settings
• publications
• presentations at scholarly meetings or conferences
• exhibits or performances

Please support your nomination with details such as:

• The particular books, articles, performances, or exhibits that you believe to merit public acclaim.
• Examples of the recognition and respect the nominee has earned within his or her discipline. (I.e., reviews, invitations to speak, positions in professional organizations, etc.)
