Virgil Jones

Virgil Jones enters his second season as the running backs coach. Jones, a 1996 graduate of the University of Wisconsin at LaCrosse, was a running back for the Eagles as the team compiled a record of 41-5-1. Jones was a member of three Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference championship teams, as well as a member of the 1992 NCAA Division III National Championship team. In addition to coaching duties, Jones serves as the Director of Multicultural Programs at Gustavus.
Virgil lives in Jordan with his wife, Kristin, and children, Samara and Elijah.
