Troy is a member of Residential Life within the Division of Student Affairs. He is currently responsible for all aspects of student and professional staff selection, training, and ongoing development. In addition to working with all of the ResLife staff Troy also directly supervises "South Side" which includes Pittman, Sohre, and Rundstrom Halls as well as Carlson International Center.
Troy has served on a number of Division and College level inititives to include the following:
Troy's current passion is working with the students of The Crossroads Program to help connect the Gustavus community to a broader world experience and to help individuals grow as cultural persons.
