Adjunct Instructor

Health and Exercise Science

Kyle is the Director of the Athletic Training Education Program.  He teaches theory and lab courses within the major and general education courses offered by the department and is responsible for the administration of the athletic training major.

Kyle is also an athletic trainer for the United States Fencing Association.  His work takes him to competitions throughout the U.S. as well as abroad.  It's an excellent opportunity to learn about other cultures and their medical practice.

Outside of work related activities Kyle also enjoys traveling, working with his dogs (Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers), curling, golfing, and spending time outdoors.  In the fall you'll find him busy with the dogs pheasant and duck hunting.  He also volunteers with Ducks Unlimited, the American Red Cross, and the Owatonna Curling Club.
