Joyce Welling-Prahm, native of Pipestone, MN, is completing her BA in accounting at Gustavus Adolphus College. She received her AAS degree in Administrative Secretary from Minnesota West Community and Technical College-Jackson in 1999. Prior to coming to Gustavus she worked seven years in the human service field as a direct care professional working with disabled individuals in a group home setting.

Joyce started in the Gustavus Annual Fund Office in 2000 as an Administrative Secretary and was promoted to Administrative Assistant in 2006.

Joyce (Carson) is married to Rob Prahm and has three children: Dylan, Austin, and Katelyn. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, scrapbooking, and researching family genealogy. She is active in her church and in her boy’s Boy Scout Troop 29.
