Heather Dale is thrilled to be the Director of Health Service.  With three new staff on board this fall, Health Service has increased their number of full-time staff members and is excited about the new opportunities this will allow in areas of service and education to students.  Heather started in January of 2008 at Gustavus after spending four years in Idaho practicing in Urgent Care and a Women's Health Clinic.  This fall she has added another role to life at Gustavus, as Head Resident in Sohre Hall.

Heather and her husband Jordan have two sons, a three-year-old named Braxon and a one-year-old named Carter.  A summer highlight was summitting Braxon Peak and Mount Carter on back-to-back days in the Sawtooth Mountains of Idaho.  They enjoy outdoor activities with the boys and their dog Sydney.
