Even though the Copy Center on campus maintains high-quality photocopy equipment, we can only copy as well as an original document. The master document is extremely important when submitting a job request. Please view the document checklist before you submit a job request to the Copy Center.
- Clean copy
- Black ink on white paper reproduces the best
- Undamaged originals
- Remove staples and paperclips
- Avoid blue ink or very light screens or tints
- Avoid colored paper for originals
- If signature is needed, use black ink
- First-generation copy reproduces best
- Avoid large areas of black near edges
- Be aware of copyright laws
