Depending on what manufacturer brand copy machine your department has, service calls should be placed by a key operator or department administrator. The service phone numbers are listed below or can be found on the I.D. tag on the copier itself, or on the touch screen keypad, on the front cover, or inside the front cover. When placing a service call, dial the toll free phone number and give the system or machine I.D. number to the customer service representative and a brief description of the problem. The customer service representative may attempt to resolve the problem over the phone, but if unsuccessful, will place the service call and dispatch a service technician to your location. If you have questions, please contact us.

Usage is charged at $.03 per "click" or copy and includes the cost of the machine, all replacement parts, service labor, and toner/developer supplies. This program does not include paper or staples, which may be purchased in the Copy Center.
