| 2007 Officers
The Chair holds meetings and is the chief organizer of events and initiatives. He or she also maintains contacts with guest speakers, and is the liaison with other organization leaders. The Vice Chair aids the Chair, helps hold meetings, and leads meetings when the Chair is unable. The Treasurer secures funding for the group, organizes fundraising initiatives, and organizes the budget. The Secretary takes notes at meetings, sends out the minutes, and keeps the e-mail list current. The Public Relations officers work to make the campus aware of the group?s events, initiatives, and meetings. The Technology Coordinator works to keep the group's website up-to-date, and works to resolve technological difficulties the group may face. |
