Description
The Faculty of the Folke Bernadotte Memorial Library seeks submissions for the Patricia Lindell Prize for Research Papers. The prize of $400 is funded by the Gustavus Library Associates and is awarded every other year for papers written within the previous two years.
Papers written for the 06/07 and 07/08 academic years will be accepted for the current award. A "research paper," written on any topic for any Gustavus course, must clearly demonstrate the use of primary or secondary print and/or electronic resources.
The competition is open to Gustavus students from all disciplines who have written for a Gustavus course. Members of the faculty are asked to encourage their students to enter their work. Application forms are available at the Library Circulation Desk. Deadline for applications is May 27 - the last day of finals.
