Description
The Center for Vocational Reflection invites all Gustavus students who will be enrolled and in residence for both fall and spring semesters of the 2008-2009 school year, to apply for participation in the annual Servant-Leadership Program.
The program is open to students who will spend the summer of 2008 working with an organization or agency that contributes to the common good and enable them to function and grow as "servant-leaders."
The several components of this rigorous, high-commitment program — including a $1250 stipend and a year of follow-up reflection and leadership development opportunities — are intended to encourage students to spend their summer working and growing as servant-leaders.
Participants will be selected on the basis of an application, two recommendations, and a personal interview.
Applications and recommendation forms are available on the website; interviews will be conducted during the last two weeks of April.
