Description
Making the Bible live in the 21st century by Rev. John Shelby Spong who was the Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Newark, NJ for more than twenty years. Bishop Spong taught at Harvard and the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, California. He also lectured at universities, conference centers, and churches in North America, Europe, Asia, and the South Pacific. He is the author of 15 books including the bestselling Rescuing the Bible from Fundamentalism, Living in Sin, Liberating the Gospels.
