Two coaches meetings will be held during the week-long championships. The mandatory coaches meeting for the team championship will take place at the Ylinen Lounge in the Swanson Tennis Center on Monday, May 12 from 4 pm to 5 pm. The mandatory coaches meeting for the individual tournament will take place at the Hilton Garden Inn on Thursday, May 15 from 9 pm to 9:30 pm.
