Finally, the Pathways workbook is designed to help students through the process of career and life direction. A collaboration of the Career Center, Advising Center, and Center for Vocational Reflection, Pathways is designed around five developmental stages: Explore, Assess, Focus, Confirm, and Implement. It provides students with activities and suggestions that will help them with their direction and sense of purpose.
The workbook also centers on the values of a Gustavus education. Excellence, Community, Justice, Service, and Faith. We encourage students to engage themselves while they are here and in their lives beyond Gustavus, working toward a just and peaceful world.
